Date of event: Friday, 10th April, 2026 - 6.30PM for 7:00PM

Venue: Kedron-Wavell Services Club, 21 Kittyhawk Dr, Chermside, in the Kittyhawk Room. This room is located to the right of the building before the main entrance.

 

Pre-dinner drinks will be served at 6.30pm, and we shall sit down at 7.00pm. Partners are encouraged to attend, as always.

Tickets for Members are $75.00 or $140.00 when booked with your partner. We accept cash or direct deposit for ticket payments. You can pay me in person at the March General Meeting or at any time via direct deposit.

​

Tickets include a 2-course alternate drop-style meal, beer, wine and soft drinks.  If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know so we can offer you a suitable alternative meal. 

​

Throughout the evening, we will be congratulating our various Grade Award winners and other trophy recipients. The evening culminates in the naming of the winner of the Bob Spence Medal for 2025/26.

​

Can you advise us by Friday, 27th March if you will be attending; payment needs to be made by Monday, 30th March.
